David is Telethought's managing partner. Previously, he founded Jetstream Communications, a venture-backed supplier of packet voice equipment for telecommunications carriers, ultimately sold to Paradyne Corp. Earlier, he was a consultant specializing in high-performance networking and computing, helping clients including AT&T and IBM, and has worked with a number of venture capital firms. He has held engineering management positions at several start-ups as well as in the supercomputer group at Control Data Corp. He has a BSEE from the University of Illinois, holds several patents and is a licensed commercial pilot.
